Books
Meyers Norris Penny: This western Canadian accounting and business advisory firm commissioned Lana to research and write a 220-page business history book entitled, Finding Our Own Way (December 2006). In addition to writing the story, Lana developed the initial structural concept, conducted dozens of interviews, and performed archival and photo research.
Echo Memoirs: As a staff writer of business history and personal memoir books, Lana has written the dual life/corporate history about Wendy McDonald and BC Bearing Engineers; a biography of Dueck GM owner Moray Keith; a retrospective on the life of Richmond entrepreneur, Jim McPhail; a historical and family memoir of a cabin at Lake Samish; and the corporate history of ABC Recycling. Currently, Lana is working on a corporate history book about A&A Contract Customs Brokers.
Oppenheimer Family: Lana has been commissioned to write the personal family/business history of the Oppenheimers, the family who founded the Oppenheimer Group, BC’s longest-existing company.

Business Harmonizer Group: In a collaborative process with BHG’s founder, Francine Z. Carlin, Lana wrote much of the content for the company’s redesigned website.
